Here's another try from Mr. Shawn Eldridge. We're going to tinker with it, but it's a whole new approach. Let me know what you think.
"A Constant Suicide" is the self-published, debut novel of Brian Krans. The first draft of the novel was written in November 2006, as part of National Novel Writing Month. It was released in May 2007 by Rock Town Press.

I personally like the first cover. This second one just reminds me of a curious george book, maybe it is the yellow. I dont know I am just a food salesman.
I also agree...the first cover is very unique and compelling...the second brings back too many memories of looking into the bottom of a 1st prentiss toilet....i'd buy either one though
I thought the first one was waaaaay better. this seems like a cheap college version of a serious book.
I agree with the others...I liked the first one better. Either way, I'm anxious to read it.
I like the first one - deals more with the "personal savior" theme.
Well, Im with the others as well. 1st one is more compelling, mysterious, and haunting. The second one looks like a cheap paperback, or children's book. Id go with the 1st cover. Also, Brian, did you ever set up that paypal account? If ya do, let me know, and Ill deposit some money in there to help you publish it.
Okay, so the consensus is.... STAY WITH THE FIRST ONE. That's the route I'm going because I'm writing it for you guys.
JAY -- No PayPal account. Thanks for the offered help, but, me being the stubborn ass I am, I'm going to bat on this thing alone. That could be a really bad idea. You can give me money when I'm homeless.
Alright suit yourself. Just wanted to help you with getting the first prints out. Dont think of it as a donation, but an investment, and payment for the copy you'll send me, and for being such a great friend all these years. But its your call, the offer still stands.
I kinda like the second one. I think it would make silly college kids pick it up because it would appeal to their drinking habits. Of course the first one is good too.
